Full Meal Reception Packages

Our full meal reception packages are served buffet or plated.  Each of the following packages include fresh baked rolls and butter, 20% gratuity and 8% tax.  Please read more about our amenities that come with each package.  Click on each bulleted package for more details to your selection.  Unlimited consumption of iced tea, coffee and sparkling punch additional.

Classic Package

Timeless Package

Elegant Package

  • Cacharel house salad served with raspberry vinaigrette dressing

  • combination plate; bakes chicken breast and beef medallion

  • chef's vegetable medley

  • wild rice

  • $41.50 per person

Carved Items

 

Our carved items are great to add to any of our buffets.  All carving stations include carver, petite French rolls and appropriate condiments.

  • glazed ham - $4.50 per person

  • roasted turkey breast - $4.50 per person

  • roasted top round of beef - $5.75 per person

  • New York strip loin - $9.75 per person

  • beef tenderloin served with a sauce béarnaise - $12.75 per person

Pasta Stations

 

Our pasta stations are great to add to any of our buffets.  Your choice of two pastas and two sauces.  Only $6.75 per person.

  • tortellini with pesto

  • spirals with tomato and mushroom sauce

  • bowtie pasta with shallot tarragon cream sauce

  • penne pasta with roasted red bell pepper and sun dried tomato sauce

Upgrade Your Pasta Station

  • chef attended pasta stations with your choice of sliced grilled chicken breast or sautéed shrimp - $13.25 per person

  • combination of both above - $24.50 per person
