  • Mini beef Wellingtons

  • Artichoke tartlet with kalamata olives and Texas goat cheese

  • Bacon wrapped scallops

Cold Hors D'oeuvres - displayed in exquisite presentations

  • Assorted vegetables crudity, served with classic buttermilk ranch and sun dried tomatoes dips, $5.75 per person

  • Mirror presentation of fresh fruits and domestic cheese, with gourmet wafers and crackers, $7.50 per person

  • Jumbo shrimp on ice presentation, with traditional red sauce and lemon wedges, $2.25 per piece
